Your information, handled clearly.

Who handles your information

DM Mining handles information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@dm-mining.com or write to Bayındır 2 Sokak 64/8, Ankara, Türkiye.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company, selected material, destination and message. Name, email and project requirements are required so we can respond; other fields are optional. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to answer questions, prepare quotations and discuss potential orders. Where applicable, processing is based on steps you request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Enquiry submissions do not subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and form processing

On our Netlify-hosted website, Netlify Forms receives and stores form submissions for DM Mining. Hosting and email providers may also process technical records such as IP addresses and request logs to operate, secure and deliver the service. Information may be processed in Türkiye and in countries where our service providers operate. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle the request and related business correspondence. Records connected to an order, legal obligations or a dispute may need to be kept longer. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of your enquiry.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority. Send requests to info@dm-mining.com.
